Delivery

Delivery refers to the transfer to the Client of physical possession of the Products (the “Delivery”).

Delivery fees are free of charge.

When ETCH handles the shipment of the Product, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Client at the time of Delivery.

By exception, the risk is transferred to the Client when the Product is handed over to the carrier, if the carrier is arranged by the Client rather than by ETCH.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Client, which must be either the Client’s residence, the residence of a natural person of their choice, or a legal entity (delivery to their company). Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes.

If Delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the Client’s failure to collect the Order from the chosen pickup point or Chronopost, no re-shipment will be possible, and the Client will be refunded within five (5) days from the date ETCH receives the Order.

ETCH delivers Orders within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days for delivery in Metropolitan France, calculated from the first business day after the Order is confirmed.
