Models & Materials

Each blade is forged from Nitrox stainless steel, hardened to 58 HRC. This high-quality alloy, manufactured in Thiers, offers exceptional sharpness, excellent durability, and strong corrosion resistance.
The handle is crafted from natural cherry wood, stabilized and protected by two coats of varnish for water and dirt resistance. Its rounded shape ensures a comfortable and balanced grip. The natural grain makes each handle unique.
Our knives are distinguished by their Nitrox 58 HRC steel, easy sharpening (once a year is sufficient), corrosion resistance, excellent comfort and control in the hand, and a sleek, ergonomic design. They come with a lifetime guarantee, or 50 years.
Our models are designed in Paris and manufactured in Thiers, France, in a workshop that benefits from the know-how of five generations of cutler artisans.
