Refunds and Returns

In accordance with Article L.221–18 of the French Consumer Code, non-professional Clients have a period of thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Order to exercise their right of withdrawal with ETCH without having to provide any reason.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by email at hello@etch-couteaux.com.

Return Procedure under the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty.

The Client returns the Order at their own expense. The costs will then be reimbursed without undue delay and, in any case, no later than thirty (30) days following the communication of their decision to withdraw, in accordance with Article L. 221–21 of the French Consumer Code.

After this thirty (30) day period, the sale is final and binding. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, unused condition.
