Refunds and returns

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the non-professional Client has a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the Order to exercise his right of withdrawal with ETCH without having to justify his decision.

Terms and conditions for returning the Order under the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty.

The Customer returns the Order at his own expense, which will then be reimbursed to him, without undue delay and, at the latest, within thirty (30) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw in accordance with Article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code.

After this thirty (30) day period, the sale is final. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original, new condition.
